Salzburg Airport is 80 km away from the Aprtmenthaus. Munich Airport is 200km away from the apartment house.

We are happy to book an airport shuttle for you (for a fee).

Attention: You must first pick up your room keys at the Hotel Grüner Baum (address: Sebastian-Hörl-Straße 5). There you will get the most important information and you will be shown where the apartment house is located. This is about 5 minutes away by car.

The train station Zell am See is only 15 minutes walk away from the apartment house. Otherwise, there is a taxi stand directly in front of the station exit.

However, you must collect your room keys in advance from Hotel Grüner Baum (address: Sebastian-Hörl-Straße 5) and drive out of there, then walk or drive to the apartment house.

So that even the youngest guests feel at home with us, we are happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge. Please let us know when you make your booking. The next playground is only a few minutes walk away. There is no babysitting service in the hotel.

You are welcome to park your bicycle in our bicycle room, which is locked during the night. You are also allowed to take your bike into the apartment.

The bus stop "Tischlerhäusl" is an only 1-minute walk from the apartment house.

The booking conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations apply. If otherwise, this will be stated in the reservation confirmation. This means in detail that

• until 12 weeks before arrival, we charge 0% (no costs)
• from 12 to 4 weeks before arrival, we charge 40%
• from 4 to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70%
• from 7 to 0 days before arrival or in case of "No Show", we charge 100%

of the total arrangement price.

The apartments are ready for occupancy from 15.00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, we will, of course, make every effort to make the apartments available for you as soon as possible. We ask you to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If you arrive later than 8 p.m., please let us know and we will be happy to explain the late arrival.

You are welcome to rent e-bikes at the Hotel Grüner Baum.

We take the liberty to charge a final cleaning fee of € 50.00.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building.

Kaprun with Kitzsteinhorn is about 7km away from the apartment house, by bus for about 20 minutes. You can reach it by car in approx. 10 minutes. The ski lift card in winter is also valid for Kaprun.

The lake and the nearest lido are only 150 metres from the apartment house.

The local tax is not included and amounts to € 2.05 per night and person.

We are in the district of Schüttdorf. This is a small beautiful part of Zell am See and about 15 minutes walk from the centre. The nearest shopping facilities, pharmacy, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, ski lift and lake are not far away. This link will take you to the Zell am See-Kaprun page. We do not offer catering, but there is a bakery just around the corner.

The apartment building has its own parking lot and there are also limited garage spaces. Parking is, of course, free of charge for our guests.

At Hotel Grüner Baum you can pay in cash, by EC card or credit card (Mastercard or Visa only). You can also pay your apartment in advance by bank transfer.

We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed.

There is no reception directly in the apartment building. The reception of the Hotel Grüner Baum is always at your disposal for questions and help. It is open from 8 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening.

Already in ski winter 2019/20 the Ski ALPIN CARD starts as a new key to the three premium ski regions Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Schmitten in Zell am See and Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun. With 408 kilometres of pistes, 119 lifts and a maximum of attractions - including glaciers - the new card promises an almost endless mountain experience and is thus the ticket highlight in the Alpine region. With the Ticket Network, three premium regions will create even more comfort and clarity in the offer, because in future uniform prices will apply in all three regions for ski day tickets, ski multi-day tickets and season and annual tickets.

Our apartment house has a ski room where you can deposit your skis and warm your boots on a ski boot dryer. The nearest ski lift is only 800 metres away (Areitbahn). Via the Areitbahn you can reach the entire ski area and can also reach the Areitbahn via a valley descent. You can reach the Schmittenhöhenbahn by car in about 7 minutes and by bus in 10 minutes. The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. Here you will find a map of the slopes in advance.

The ski rental is right next to the Hotel Grüner Baum in Zell am See. We kindly ask you to make your request to the ski rental directly here - hotel guests get a 10% discount. Otherwise, there is also a ski rental directly at the Areitbahn.

We recommend the ski school Zell am See, please send your request directly here. There are group courses as well as private courses for beginners, advanced skiers and all age groups. If you book the ski school, the nearest ski school to the hotel is the station CityXPress.

You are welcome to order ski passes in advance and get them directly at the check-in at Hotel Grüner Baum.

We're a non-smoking house. Smoking is possible on the balcony as well as outdoors.

As we belong to the Tauernspa-Friends, you are welcome to purchase tickets with -10% discount at the reception   of the Hotel Grüner Baum at any time.

To fix your reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30%, which you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. The payment modalities, as well as payment conditions, are again detailed in the reservation confirmation.

We kindly ask you to pay the full costs at the reception of Hotel Grüner Baum on the day of arrival, so that you can leave the apartment stress-free on the day of departure.
